Brian L. Weiss, M.D., is a psychiatrist who lives and practices in Miami, Florida. He's a graduate of Columbia University and Yale Medical School, and is the former Chairman of Psychiatry at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami. Dr. Weiss is the author of Many Lives, Many Masters; Only Love Is Real; Messages from the Masters; Through Time and Healing; Mirrors of Time; and Meditation.

I got this book after reading "Many Lives, Many Masters" by Brian Weiss. This is a very short book. It contains some discussion related to "Many Lives, Many Masters" and then goes on to describe some of the author's experiences with meditation and the general benefits of meditation. The best part of the book is a CD that contains a 20 minute guided relaxation/meditation exercise. I have used that CD fairly regularly for almost 10 months now. It's been a very effective relaxation tool.

If you enjoyed the book "Many Lives, Many Masters" then you will welcome this book with open arms. Brian Weiss gives an insightful look at a meditation and how it can improve our daily lives. Meditating keeps one calm and focused, giving us the ability to handle our daily challenges with ease and comfort. If you would like your life to be smoother and healthier, then pick this book up and start meditating!
