Out of the Minefield and Into Joy,
By Lynn Serafinn "Author "The 7 Graces of Ma... (United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Memory in the Cells: How to Change Behavioral Patterns and Release the Pain Body (Paperback)
Memory in the Cells is a practical guide through the emotional minefield we humans typically construct in our minds through our limiting beliefs. The book is an accessible and pleasant blend of soft compassion, practical exercises, and logical reasoning that invites us to dive into that minefield, so we can understand and embrace our emotions -- even the painful ones -- and move from a place of suffering to the experience of true joy. The author's personal life story of how he came to discover this process is poignant, and it is truly evident throughout the book that his sincerity and passion is driven by his genuine desire to help people have happier and more liberated lives.

The Real Difference between Healing & Transformation,
By Rochele HC Hirsch - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Memory in the Cells: How to Change Behavioral Patterns and Release the Pain Body (Paperback)
Luis Angel Diaz has written a jewel of a book -- easy to read, understand and follow the path -- though following the path into emotions that people have been instinctively avoiding for their entire life is not easy. While healing is about "adding energy" and feeling better (which is very nice), transformation is about using old stuck emotion to clear out unloving beliefs. When you transform things, your instinctive reaction patterns change, and the particular issues don't continue to show up in your life. Diaz is right on target with talking about the difference, and about the value of each. Our world will become a safer, more loving place when more people choose the route of transformation -- and Diaz has made a huge contribution to that awareness.

There isn't a book like this that pulls "being human" together so practically!,
By The Gordo - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Memory in the Cells: How to Change Behavioral Patterns and Release the Pain Body (Paperback)
This book is something we all need to hear, especially those who are confused and feel like there is more to life than what they are experiencing. "Waking up" to the reality that I have inner fragmentation and stuck emotional pain was a huge, but welcoming shock to my consciousness. Learning about the pain body is probably the most powerful teaching I have received in my life; way more than my education at Stanford. The emotional education that Luis teaches and leads us towards exploring in this book is just the tip of the iceberg when I compare it to all the Cellular Memory Release sessions and workshops that I have participated in over the last 8 years on a practical basis. He is always speaking about practical tools for awakening and healing, and I still haven't experienced to this day anything more deeply real and true than the practical tools this book offers as a basic nudge. When you think about it, we are really simple beings and we have been programmed with a mind to perceive life as complex while closing ourselves off from one of our greatest assets - our emotional body. As Luis says, through presence to our thought patterns, we can become aware of those deeply embedded and unconscious thoughts that are creating pain body fragments inside of us, leading us to experience life as something much less than wonderful and peaceful. Some of the benefits I have received from this work is a sharper intuition, a stronger sense of "reading" the situation, more compassion for myself and others, a more powerful, yet vulnerable heart, and a sense that I am one with everything and everyone, even when I sometimes feel like a separate human. No matter what state of being I am in emotionally, I have in the background, 24-7, a deep sense of peace and well-being that doing this work, Cellular Memory Release, has taught me to realize within myself. I used to have a lot of dread, fear, depression, guilt, shame and anger, so, I have come a long way just by applying these simple tools - even at times when I didn't want to.If you are a person who is looking to become more deeply human and drop the mask that all these ancient sages talk about as the cause of suffering, or if you are tired of "trying to get there" using techniques daily to make you feel good, then CMR might be for you. It is definitely worth reading this powerful book and applying the exercises he offers as the "tip of the iceberg" beginning. 8 of 9 people found the following review helpful

This book can change your life!,
By beloved - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Memory in the Cells: How to Change Behavioral Patterns and Release the Pain Body (Paperback)
I found this book to be incredibly powerful. This is a practical book for difficult times. Diaz takes the concept of the pain body and makes it intelligible. I love Edkhart Tolle's New Earth but wasn't able to make any changes from it. This gives you the template to completely transform your life. Using simple concepts and exercises, he explains how to use any pain in one's life as a gateway to transformation and joy. In my work as a therapist I see so many people suffering. Here is the antidote. It is a simple method to return us to our original state of being. This is one of the single most effective tools I have ever discovered. Try it and see for yourself! Why were we never educated about our feelings and emotions? Here is the chance to become emotionally intelligent. Enjoy! savannah, CA
