Now that I have visited the restaurant in Vancouver I am sold on the book. The variety of BBQ, smoke and grill may not be as vast as some but the instructions and recipes will get you the same taste as if you were in their restaurant.Doug Murray

Excellent! Easy to follow and most and important, the taste of the receipes are mouth watering. In past have bought receipe books from establishments, to be disappointed that they leave out "secret" ingredients. Definetly add this book to your collection....in fact put this at the top of your next BBQ party....and listen to your guests...
