Excellent program and well written,

I have been lifting for about4 years now and this book was a really nice change. The programs are all challeenging and ive seen decent gains ive only followed them for about 5 weeks now but my bench has gone up about 10lbs, squat 15lbs, and deadlift 20lbs. I really like the full body splits he suggests in his programs. Orignially i was a bit skeptical after following a split routine for basically my whole training life but for anyone who has done the same, this is a really nice way to switch up your workouts and motivate you.

This book provides a lot of useful information on fitness and is very easy to use. I completed one of the programs and definitely saw results. The author explains why you are doing the exercises he has chosen, provides you with information on muscle physiology and outlines the exercises in an easy to follow guideline. I definitely recommend the book.

I say this as a fan of Chad Waterbury's - just read his blog, or his writings on T-Nation, and don't bother with this book. If you do either of the first two things you'll know 150% of everything in this book, and "reading" it will consist of flipping pages and take a total of 20 minutes.
