I buy the book in fall 09 and in a few weeks i can see big improvements. The book is very easy to understand and they have a lot of exercices so you will not be bored.

Excellent book with lots exercise details! This book shows the difference of strength training and power training which is confused with so many people. The exercise demonstrate from easy to advance which is good for beginner to expert. I would recommended this book for anyone!

this book is really easy to use, and the methods are no nonsense, the way the body was meant to be used. as with any strength building or powerbuilding routine, you can't do these workouts half-hearted. if you supply the 100% effort, this book is a great guideline to achieving great strength and power. this is not a body building book, but a real world power guideline to your training. A+
