This book by John "Boog" Powell of the Baltimore Orioles (when the Orioles were good) is a must have in every cook's library. Boog's unique style is unlike anyone else - although he does share a tastes that are similar to those big time chef's Emeril Legasse and Bobby Flay. - That is, a spicy southern flare with a love for seafood and barbecue.
This book covers everything from poultry to seafood and Boog does a great job of providing many different creative 'concoctions' to tantilize your tastebuds.
As a person who loves food and knows a good cookbook when I see it, I highly recommend adding this to your collection.
