A Great Bargain for Moore's Fans,

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure how to rate this. I like his films and the powerful influence they can have, but I'm not an overly huge fan and these are not films I need to own or to watch over and over again. Some of the films have no special features and others have a lot of extras.The price of buying these 5 films was only slightly more than renting the 2 films my wife and I wanted to see, so for that alone it's a 5-star bargain. However, I'd much prefer to have "Roger and Me" than "The Big One". I wasn't crazy about "Fahrenheit 911" but I did like "Capitalism: A Love Story", even though I had never even heard of it before. The packaging is very cheap and flimsy, the DVD's don't sit properly and can get scratched easily. For that, I'd say it's a 3-star deal. Hence, I went in themiddle with an overall 4-star rating. Love him or hate him, Moore knows how to make issues personal, to bring it home and get a reaction... or at least cause a discussion. I like him for that, but I know many are offended becuase he offers a rather one sided view of issues and can use film to make people look bad. As a film maker, he manipulates his material and the medium of film to serve his purposes, and I think he does it effectively and has been very influential on other film makers who have been following suit ever since "Roger and Me" came out. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think Moore was the first to popularize this film style. So use your own judgement as to whether or not you like these films (or Moore's films in general). I think they're worth seeing but not owning. You can find it at a bargain price on Amazon.

Teh case is flawed,

The DVDs are what I wanted but problem is is that the case seems flawed. I bizarre design flaw even for 2012 standards. So no space for 2 dvds inside and they were loose inside when received it. Had I payed more I might have returned it to the seller. Disappointed in the packaging but not the content.
