installation issues for many,

My grandson played a trial version of Zoo Tycoom and loved it. I bought the Zoo Tycoon Ultimate with all the expansion packs. After many attempts and tweaks, I failed to install it on my 10 month old computer. Amazon was quick to respond and immediately sent me a replacement copy at no charge. It also would not load. After researching,it seems this game has many troubleshooting issues. Again, Amazon was very speedy in accepting the return of both games (no shipping fees on my part) and issuing a credit. I was most impressed.

I love this game,I had the first one and I liked it but the graphics in the second one are really great. They are also so much more options like paleontologist mode, dino curing mode, dino tranquilizer mode, unlimited cash and visitor's view! The marine animal training is really cool and you can invent your own show. Personally, I think it's really worth it and if you liked the first one, you will definitely love this one!!! It's more appropriate for older kids because it's a little complicated and you have to manage all aspects of the zoo!

The first one I think was a lot better. For one the Zoo keeper ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS!Ok It`s cool how you can walk around and stuff but cleaning poop ALL THE TIME is not fun. Seriously the animal would be sick and die from the poop, meanwhile, the zookeeper would be running into the tree thinking `Goin to feed (such and such)` The game was addicting for like a few days then I had the entire thing won. So irratating. Still there are some good things in it just not what I would have expected.
