Thorough overview of the ins and outs of CRM 2011, including features, administration and customization. Though this book would definitely be useful to someone getting started with CRM, but as an experienced CRM SME I still found the content relevant. Would recommend.

We purchased this book to help train a new employee on Microsoft CRM 2011. It is excellent. We are using it as a reference and every section we have gone to has been very detailed. There is a lot of content in it and the authors seemed to do a very thorough job linking sections to each other so you can see how things interact. CRM 2011 has added a lot of functionality so this book is a must have reference for any company using Microsoft CRM.
