Just installed it last week and software seems to have nice features however ever since I installed it my Mac often freezes. I will need to call service desk. I figure i must have done something wrong....... It shouldn't be like that.
For everybody who made the change from PC to Mac like us I can only recommend it. We found the mail program on the Mac not very reliable with synchronizing and emails kept disappearing. So having Outlook back again really sorted that out and of course, who can live without Word and Excel!
I use this software daily for my work and personal needs; it's the best and most stable version of Office I have ever used on any platform, and I have been working with Office for Windows and Mac for the last 15 years.
I had to buy this item for work recently. I am using my own laptop for some office work, so Excel and Outlook were needed. These applications work and look a bit different, but once you get over some of the differences, they work like a dream! The item came in packaging, and arrived promptly. I'd recommend this seller.
I'd give it a 5 star but there is always some problem between windows and mac designed programs. While the software is more like the outlook i recall and seems better than entourage, it doesn't forward attachments the same as before and its not easy to email from other programs and get good resolution. Small grips, unless you use those features a lot. I had none of the transition nightmares some people have had. Maybe all the bugs are worked out on that front. However I did back up my main identity in case. I have experienced some glitches. When I open Outlook, sometimes it downloads all the emails on the server again....so I've learned to delete from server and then delete from my email so they won't keep downloading duplicate emails unexpectedly. This happened twice...but that meant getting rid of hundreds of duplicate emails. Overall, the initial change over went smooth and that is what was most worrisome.
