This was the first book I ordered online. I am very impressed on how accurate all the details of the condition of the book were. I was satisfied with the price and the timely manner on its arrival. I will definately order more books off this site in need be in the future.

This book is the most thorough approach to teaching ALL of the features of MS Word I've ever found! After using MS Office versions for over 15 years, I learned tricks and tips that I'd NEVER before known how to do so easily!!! You, too, can be a pro!

i did not have a good experience with them. i will never buy an item from them ever again nor will i recomend them to anyone else. they have no customer service and im still waiting for a refund of the item i returnrd which they take out 20% restocking fee that is a rip off. it dont take much to restock an item.id stay away from this company if i were you!
