Je viens d'installer mon Windows 8, à partir duquel j'écris présentement. Mon avis?

I've heard and read a lot of good thing and much more bad thing. For me, I'm not yet sure it has what it take for a desktop, maybe service pack will add the missing feature (such as start button). But it installed without any problem, and run as well. But yet, when you need to do lot of multitasking, with many windows open, I'm not sure. To simply do internet stuff, and simple work, then it might work for you.

Package included Upgrade for Windows 8 (32 & 64 bits). Quite long to install from Win Vista to Win 8 but worked well. After updating to Win 8, lots of updates & some softwares were to be installed or re-installed on the computer to up to date at Win 8.1 but I didn't lost any data. Now I ready to be upgraded to Windows 10 (when available).

After a month of using this OS on and off, I can say that I don't really like it. Much prefer Windows 7 (which I'm using now). I've set up double boot to try Win 8 and so far, not impressed, maybe I'm missing something, but I'm using a computer, not a tablet or phone...and I find the old way better.
