Well being a huge fan of wrestling, it goes without saying that I'd be a huge wresting game fan. I have a billion stories of friends coming over and playing W.C.W vs. N.W.O on the N64. That was a great game. Or Smackdown 2 for the ps1. But after that wrestling games got...boring. This game is no exception. The story mode is crap. Your some champ who gets beat up for not throwing the match. After wards you get left in Mexico. This is supposed to be where you create what he looks like and his move but the Wii version doesn't have that. The only saving grace is that Kevin Nash is hilarious.

You got all the matches that makes this company is known for, the ultimate x, but the most important aspect of a game is the control and this one sucks. So the matches could be entertaining but it's not because of the control. The roster is great Sting Jeff Jarrett, Booker T, Kurt Angle, and so on. the controls feel stiff you don't feel that you control your character too well, the tutorials are only for the Wiimote and nunchuku, so good luck if you're trying to use the classical controller. But it's not terrible. I don't hate playing it like i did playing WWF Attitude or war zone, Or WCW Nitro for the ps1.

So bottom-line wrestling fans will get it if for any reason just to spite the new crappy WWE games. You'll probably not hate it, just don't get it on the Wii. Not for graphics but for content.

i give this game a 2 1/2 on 5 for trying.
