So far this has been a excellent product. Shipping was quick, unit is easy to use, battery charges quick, and it puts out enough pressure to even tighten excavator tracks. It turns 3 hours for greasing a dozen units into 20 min of work. Highly recomend it.

I have an excavator and 3 tractors as well as many small machines. I used to dread service days especially the sore wrists after hours squeezing the grease gun.
I can grease all my machines in 20 minutes with this gun. It it do easy and I am very impressed with how long the battery lasts.
Use caution or hand gun when greasing axle boots as it will blow them up very easily.

I've used the grease gun several times now and highly recommend it, in fact the only real flaw is the noise.
What I like:
1) Works as advertised
2) No more handle pumping as with manual grease guns
3) LED battery gauge
4) Nice construction
5) Pumps out several tubes of grease before needing a recharge
What I don't like:
1) Noisy (For example if you are greasing a ball joint you can't hear the grease coming out.)
2) Comes with a soft case instead of hard

I have had Lincoln grease guns in the past and decided to try one of these. The grease gun itself is a good gun. It is easy to load and get primed. Also, the battery lasts for over 4 tubes of grease. My 2 main complaints are that the tip doesn't lock on to zerks as well as it should and the case is junk. Now you may think that the case is no big deal but it is. My Lincoln guns have a hard plastic case that is protective when you throw it in the truck, quick to put the tool away, and has space to store extra grease tubes. The Milwaukee has a soft sided case with straps that you have to fasten to hold the items into position and there is no extra space for anything (the tool and charger barely fit in this case). If you want a good gun to put on the shelf in the shop buy this if you want a tool to take with you to the field get one with a good case

I bought this product based on my past experience with Milwaukee tools great quality and the great features of this tool, easy to handle, long hose with storage feature and the way it stands by itself when not in use. Milwaukee tools hit the nail on the head with this design with the critical exception of performance. I am greatly diapointed in the tools power and small amount of grease delivery per stroke. I would not purchase again unless this issue was addressed.
