After looking at about 10 to 15 angle grinders in the store (Bosch, Ryobi, DeWalt, Makita, Hilti, etc.) this one seemed to have the best fit, finish, and performance/cost. So I bought it with a cut-off disk and a face shield (yes...you should get one of those...less than $20 to save yourself from a serious disfiguring injury). I was rewarded with a solid performer. It easily cut through some thick steal tabs on an old filing cabinet that I'm using to store tools in. I love this thing!
BTW, some are commenting that it's not made in China. It is...read the fine print. I read the fine print on all of the angle grinders in the store, they are all made in China. I suppose you have to go to a high-end industrial angle grinder (Metabo?) to avoid the Made in China tag. Anyhow, grinders are not high tech. They are low tech. Fortunately, it appears that the Milwaukee company is making it's Chinese manufacturer produce a solid product.
