About the Author
Eldon Taylor has made a lifelong study of the human mind and has earned doctoral degrees in psychology and metaphysics. He is a fellow with the American Psychotherapy Association (APA) and a nondenominational minister. Eldon was a practicing criminalist for over ten years while completing his education. He supervised and conducted investigations and testing to detect deception. In part one of Mind Programming, Eldon Taylor exposes the dark side of brainwashing and the psychological techniques used by others to control our thoughts and behaviors. I was shocked to discover the lengths to which some people will go to exploit our minds for their personal gain.
In part two of the book, Eldon provides empowering tools and exercises to take back control of our minds. Part two is a must read that everyone can benefit from. This is a 5 star book! Fascinating to read and hard to put down!

Book arrived on time, and in perfect condition. Second half of the book was very interesting, and contains some helpful self help exercises. No complaints.

Recently I have purchased this book because I have recognized the self-motivation and healing techniques and considered useful to have them all into one writing like a reminder.
Indeed, the first part of the book, helps on understanding the mechanisms behind the scenes that take place. It describes in detail how people are systematically brainwashed and manipulated at all levels by the medias. Personally, as working in image industry, I am more concerned on the impact it produces to people and how to help them overcomming their identity crisis later on in life.
In part two of the book, the author explains the self-motivation and healing techniques to undo the manipulation and brainwashing. On this part, the methods are briefly explained and the author does not go into further details.
I give a 3 stars to the book as it does not allow the reader to go in-depth with anything, considering that just this book has been consulted. This means you have to read a lot more books to answer your questions. This book considers that you already have a base in self-help, NLP, psychology, metaphysics.
The accompaning CD has nice relaxation music, wonderful if you like the genre.
