I purchased this book from the Kindle store and very highly recommend it. The links to the audio meditations alone make it very with it. During a time of stress I purchased it and it has helped me be more successful in incorporating meditation as a daily practice more often.

I have only started the mindfulness program, so I can't write as to the helpfulness of the technique itself. But I found the product to be very much as the product description. I also really like that the audiobook is divided onto two CDs, one containing information about mindfulness and how to use the exercises, and the other being just guided exercises.

This book presents mindfulness meditation in a basic clean uncluttered format.

I'm one of these people that likes to know at some depth about anything I am interested in. This in many cases is a benefit, but in the odd case can also be a significant hindrance. I've read many books on meditation and probably should spend more time meditating and less time reading LOL. The most important factor in mindfulness is the experience of practice and not the book learning that counts.

There have been comments on the guided meditation download link not working, but I have had no problem at all using Windows 7 with Mozilla Firefox with which I acquired simply by Googling "rodale mindfulness".
