On the whole I think Mindy is a very good instructor. She tends to talk a bit much, but I don't find it too bothersome. The design of the workout is great - just when you can't take any more pedaling, you get off the bike for toning. The tubing work is quite innovative, and you can modify the exercises if you don't have gliding disks. (I didn't see the point in buying them for one workout.) I will admit that it didn't make a whole lot of sense to strength train the quads, hams, and [...] - since that what the bike works primarily - but other than that, I like the total body workout. I'm not particularly sore the next day, but I sweat during the workout, which satisfies me. This workout might be best suited to beginner and intermediate levels.
