I do this dvd regularly. I like the flexibility of mix and matching any 10 minute workout for the upper, lower body, abs, cardio and stretch. Instructions are clear, easy to follow; music is in the backgroud. The instructor is pleasant. The intensity is intermediate. Only drawback: 2 exercices for the lowerback can be hard on a sensitive lower back. Other than this, I highly recommand this DVD.

This video is my favourite one of the many I have and the main reason is the instructor. Kimberly Spreen has just about the best timing I have experienced with respect to instruction. I never feel like I am trying to catch up to her. I know exactly what to do next. There is something about a ball workout that feels like fun as opposed to work. The only segment I am not really keen on is the Total Body Fat Burner, as it is awkward to do the shuffle steps, but the rest of it is just great. Highly recommended if you have a convenient place to store that gigantic ball!

I love this video. I usually choose 2 or 3 segments per work out. I love the 10 minute segments which can be customized to how long my children will let me exercise. The cardio works you hard. My favourites are the ab work out and the upper body one. By doing these 2 at least twice a week my headache and neck pain issues hardly bother me anymore! Exercising with the ball challenges my body more than regular exercising does and is my preferred method of exercising.
