I found the installation to be very simple (a single screw into an anchor) and the chrome finish looks good. It's not too heavy but is substantial enough. Plus the open-ended design means the holder can handle the newer, super-sized rolls of TP without issue.

I buy Northern ultra plush 3-ply jumbo rolls (4.5"wide x 5"dia) of toilet paper from COSTCO. If you use similar paper, you need this type of holder to allow free movement of the roll. This holder was the best looking one of all I could find and performs flawlessly. The paper industry downsized rolls to 4"wide x 4"dia, 2-ply and promoted it by # of sheets/roll. Absolutely, going from plush 3-ply to thin 2-ply yields more sheets, a no brainer.
