2.0 out of 5 stars These should really cost $40 July 8 2014

I bought these cause I really liked my monster turbines, and they were on sale really cheap. I am really glad I got them on sale cause the sale price is all these are worth. If you're buying these full price you should look elsewhere, I liked my turbines and these are just plastic trash in comparison. They are decent, but for $120 you don't expect to get $40 sound. My friend has a pair of Sol Republic amps HD and they BLOW THESE OUT OF THE WATER IN EVERY CATEGORY. The more I think about it, I should have returned these headphones when I got them, but they were dirt cheap when I got them and now it's too late so oh well I guess. Hopefully this doesn't become a pattern for monster.

3.0 out of 5 stars Bad Ergonomics and bad value March 4 2014

Not worth the price tag. Don't get me wrong, the sound quality is quite good especially for rap and anything with a lot of bass but that's about it. I got them for 50 bucks on sale and was disappointed by the terrible ergonomics. If you're standing, walking, or really anything besides sitting down, they fall out of your ears worse than any headphone I've ever owned. The volume control/skip/prev function doesn't work on anything except the iPhone and the so called tangle resistant cord is simply a joke. The Phillips in ear headphones I bought were way better quality and with a cheaper price too.

The ear bud tips come off easily and get stuck.

Numerous times, someone would come up to talk to me at work while I'm listening to music, and I would have to make them wait while I fish out the plastic bud from my ear canal. Not impressive. The last straw was having to go to the hospital to have one removed - I'm lucky my eardrums were not too damaged.

Bought these on the boxing dale sale and I enjoy every bit of it. There are a variety of ear buds, but I'm finding it difficult to find the right size, they keep falling out.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Quality, Great Warranty Service. Dec 10 2013
By Jacob R. - Published on Amazon.com
I love these earbuds. I'm no audiophile, but in my honest opinion, they are some of the best I've ever heard. The bass isn't too boomy, the overall clarity and quality is awesome. The tangle free cord does work, but it does not keep it from getting in full on knots (which doesn't happen often.) I got these as a replacement for another model that went out after 6 months. Sadly, the DNAs they sent me as a replacement for the other model just went out as well. But they agreed to replace those too so I should be getting yet another pair of DNAs free of charge (not including return shipping.) So extra brownie points to Monster for a great RMA/Warranty service.

First of I want to start of with the price , The price I got these for was really great considering I only paid 49.99 on Cyber Monday of 2013 . A deal like this is not to be passed . The design of these in-ear headphones are great They fit perfectly into my ear's with no pain after long period of usage . Unlike other in ear headphones these do not tangle this is because of there flat wire that will stop any of the cable to be tangled . The amazing packaging is great and it's easy to open without any need for scissors or a knife to open . over all it's a great choice to buy as a gift or as a upgrade from your old headphones
4.0 out of 5 stars Solution for Fit Issue, Good earphones after buying foam tips June 18 2014
By Eug - Published on Amazon.com
Bought these at the airport because I was desperate for some earphones.

Overall, I loved the bass and sound on these earphones but I was having problems with earbuds falling out of my ears.
The design of the earbuds kept on making the earbuds fall with the slightest movement.
I tried using all the different tips that came with the earphones.
I was about to give up on these earbuds until I bought some comply foam tips.
I purchased the tsx200. The 200 line fits the DNA earphones.

I have been using these earphones with the foam tips for a week and the fit is much better.
Remember, you have to squeeze the foam tips, put them in your ear and then let them expand.
After using the foam tips, they stayed in my ear much better and increased noise isolation.

If you are having fit issues, get the foam tips and they will help

I mostly listen to classical, jazz and blues. Sound reproduction is excellent. Cant comment on how r&b, hiphop or pop sounds.
