We used this book extensively on our trip to the Olympic Peninsula. It included most of the must-see sites. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is traveling to the area. We have never been to Washington and this guide helped plan our day trips for hikes, waterfalls, beautiful beaches, state parks, and out-of-the-way spots.

I've read countless travel books and I'm sorry to say, this among the worst ever written. It needs serious editing. It is not well organized and the tone used is that everyone wants to spend their time going hunting and fishing. I'm going to the Olympic Peninsula to view the wildlife, not shoot at them. I don't recommend this book.
