I thoroughly enjoyed this film. Very humourous, very warm and Christmasy. Henry Winkler is excellent in his role of mischevious Uncle Ralph. It is definitely a keeper and worth watching every year at Christmas.

This was a really great Christmas movie. I especially enjoyed Henry Winkler as the older uncle. He always brings a smile. The story takes place around Christmas with a romance between a single mom and a stranger her uncle meets at an airport. Throw in a fanatic neighour, a fiancee and a little boy who wants to believe that Santa is real and you have a Christmas favourite the whole family can enjoy.

this was a good family show. Not a lot of fantasy and down to earth.

I love the cheesy Christmas movies that are always on TV at this time of year but this one exceeded my expectations. The plot on most of these types of movies is way overused, the characters are very similar to every other made-for-TV-Christmas-movie, but I always look forward to them anyway. Some are better than others and I can watch more than once, and this one is one of them. Why? Because of a great cast, a witty dialogue, and well-used humour. The acting was really good, the actors had real chemistry between them, the kid was not annoying, and Henry Winkler made me laugh so much. Loved it.

The movie is a romance with a Christmas theme. It is suitable for family viewing but likely not that interesting for the pre-teen crowd. The primary actors were believable, and the storyline, while predicable, was enjoyable, and well worth viewing. On the technical side, the picture quality was great in HD with a widescreen format. It is comparible with "Under the Mistletoe", "The Christmas Card", and "Dear Santa", all of which are on my must-watch-again shelf.
