We purchased this monitor and a second camera in anticipation of our second child's arrival; we've had the two cameras set up for about two months. We previously owned the Summer Hand Held Day and Night Video Monitor, it was a great camera and served its purpose quite well for three years until the night vision feature failed. We also had constant problems with sound and range.
Had we known how great this Motorola Monitor was we would have purchased it long ago. The video is crystal clear, sound is great, panning and scan features between the two camera sets is amazing. We have a large brick house and have had zero interference with other devices, this monitor has excellent range. We love how large the video display is, no need to squint in the middle of the night to check in on the kids. We would nightly recommend this friends and wish we would have discovered it sooner!
