Wanted to get my son walkie talkies that actually worked - not like the kiddie ones we've bought before that all you could hear was static. These work great and the price is so reasonable. We will use these on family outings as well where we may get separated so we can stay in touch without the expense of a cel phone.

Bought these for a trip to mexico.

Units work just fine. A very good price and fast delivery. Range is only 1 mile in urban zones but this has proved more than enough for my purposes.

Battery wont last the whole day.. Its better to have spare batteries..also the coverage signal is weak on areas with lot of obstructions
