Product Description

Where is Hugh Grant's famous door from Notting Hill? How do you find the secret entrance to the Ministry of Magic from Harry Potter, or James Bond's office? Comprehensive, entertaining and exhaustively researched, Movie London contains detailed coverage of over 500 films, illustrated with hundreds of location photographs.

Packed with all the information the movie-buff traveller needs to know, this unique guide also includes maps for movie-themed walks and full color features on: * Hitchcock's London * Bond Streets * The Scary City * Swinging Sixties London * Romantic Comedies * London Gangsters * Literary London

From the trendy Notting Hill to the gritty Bourne Ultimatum, from the stately Sense & Sensibility to the starkly futuristic Children of Men, the films made in London are as diverse as the capital's vibrant cultures - and Movie London covers them all.

3.0 out of 5 stars Like to see a cross-reference, Oct 15 2009
By Vicki Schilleman - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Movie London (Paperback)
The book is broken down by area and references movies filmed in those areas. I found that a cross-reference of all sites for a particular movie would have been helpful -- although there were page number references.
