MR BEER: Next on my list is Grand Bohemian pilsner, with oktoberfest lager (i have 2 goin at a time).
COOPERS: And my coopers microbrewery will be going either the mexican cerveza kit or International blonde.
Im by no means a novice (as i also have a carboy goin all grain as well). (a chocolate stout going right now)
as far as Mr beer goes
Ive also made( west coast pale ale, witty monk witbier, black tower porter, pilothouse pilsner and english nutbrown ale)
and of course the linebacker. while this beer I only "may" make again, for its style its an A+ just not for me.
its that malty bitter type beer that goes down smooth with a cut of red meat, if that makes your mouth water, believe me, this is for you, get two!
I did enjoy it alot. i just prefer others a bit more (who knows ill probably make it again).
i had it with grilled beef liver, and "venison" chops. and in both cases i wouldnt have changed it, perfect.

This is a good, reletively dark beer with a deep malt flavor and slightly fruity and dry finish. I've made it once and I'll make it again.

So far I have brewed the West Coast Pale Ale, Octoberfest Vienna Lager, and the Linebacker Dopple Bock. This is a good beer. I am currently brewing the Sticky Wicket Oatmeal Stout and have two other refills to make. If none of these refills is better, I think the Linebacker will be my go to refill. The malty flavor of this beer with moderate bitterness makes it very enjoyable to drink, especially with a good steak. For a standard refill this really surprised me. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

I did not like the first bottle I drank from this batch but I let it sit for another month and I loved it. Be patient. It is very good but you need to wait.
