This is mostly a book of instructions and tips about playing duplicate bridge. There is a mystery, but only bits and pieces of the clues are presented. I bought this book hoping to get a whodunnit with bridge tips, but this is not it. Look for the Honor Hartman series for better mysteries, but this is a good addition to your bridge lessons bookshelf.

Going over the bridge hands was very good practice and enjoyed his helpful tips. The story is a yawn.

Titles of his books are catchy, but he should just write bridge books.

I HAVE LEARNED SOME BRIDGE FROM THIS BOOK, BUT THAT IS NOT WHY I BOUGHT IT. I WS LOOKING FOR A GOOD MYSTERY WITH ELEMENTS OF BRIDGE. THIS IS A BRIDGE BOOK WITH A FEEBLE ATTEMPT AT A MYSTERY.
