I am a marriage, family, child counselor and work with families with preverbal babies. I highly recommend the My Baby Can Talk series to all my clients with babies to help reduce frustration and enhance the child-parent bond. This series makes learning sign language simple and my clients are amazed at how quickly their young babies learn to sign and speak as well!The images and music are carefully crafted to engage young babies and hold their attention. Parents also have the opportunity to see preverbal babies signing all the words presented. Babies and parents learn basic signs such as eat, drink, milk and more as well as favorite animals. I believe that babies learn to sign in a shorter period of time using this video as a resource because this program offers babies signs for words that they are interested in and these babies love to watch the program again and again. I have had the opportunity to review other sign language videos and find this one to be the most appropriate for babies as well as the most engaging. This is the only sign language series that I recommend.

Thank you Baby Hands Productions for taking the guesswork out of communication with my granddaughter. The results are amazing.I was thinking back when I had my own children, the little ways that I knew what they wanted. Sometimes it was very hard, particularly before they began to speak, and I could not exactly understand them. I bought the My Baby Can Talk DVD for my daughter and granddaughter. We watched the DVD together as well as the excellent tutorial. Little Alexandria, was totally absorbed. Within days she was giving me the sign for milk. Within a week, she was making the sign for more. Now she signs "go" and "car" in sequence. The outings to the park are now quite enjoyable, as Alexandria signs duck, bird, dog, butterfly and is ecstatic when a policeman comes by on a horse. This artistic, creative, engaging DVD has taken the guesswork out of communication. She is so attentive to hands. If she says a word, and I don't understand, she signs at the same time.

I am a professional in the field of Child Development. I have raised four children and have helped to raise four grandchildren. The My Baby Can Talk DVDs teach and engage babies better than any program I have ever seen. When you put a baby in front of these programs they are captivated by the sounds, colors and movement. Something dynamic happens-the baby begins to interact with the material and they begin to talk with their hands. You must see it to believe it.
