this only glows after it absorbs light. but when it is dark, where is the light going to come from?
i kept 2 balls in the garage with the lights on so the balls would absorb the light. rotating them in when the ball in use loses its glow. well, it would lose it in about 5 minutes? after a while, i stopped rotating. even without glow, it is still easier to see than a dirty orange or red ball.

Good cold weather ball

No issues with the durability or quality of the product but just wanted to let everyone know these are cold weather balls. they are very squishy and lightweight; probably equivalent to the franklin yellow balls (32f and below). I use them for bike polo and if I run over them they squish under my wheel. They definitely glow.

It was just for fun so I was not expecting much. It does not slide well on the mallet because it is too rubbery. It need to be a little denser. Not the best for Bike Polo. Yes, I know it is a hockey ball, but I do play street hockey and it is the same for the hockey stick. It ketches too easily.
