This is probably the best state themed mystery available anywhere Feb. 5 2011

Stuart Kaminsky is one of the venerable old guns of mystery fiction. Mystery in the Sunshine State is a rich collection of some of the finest writers anywhere. Authors like Les Standiford and Edna Buchanan are well known and read far beyond the borders of Florida. Readers who have read David Kaufelt and David Beaty, Ellin and Lutz know this is writing that transcends the genre.

not as good as other states April 10 2008

I have read a lot of books that are 'state' oriented. The Minnesota authors' books are the best mysteries. These Florida ones were a bit disappointing. I just didn't like the stories as well as I did other states.
