I like this Bible because of the Hebrew & Greek Dictionaries in the back. However, the commentary/study notes are prejudiced by the editor's religious beliefs and are not useful. For example, the editor takes about four pages to convice the reader that I Peter 3:21 does not mean what it clearly says. He also says, and I paraphrase, if God had meant "that" he would have said it this way........." It is a dangerous thing to presume to speak for God.

This Bible is the best Bible when it comes to a direct translation from the origional Hebrew and Greek to English.
It is also my favorite for discovering what the actual words in the original language translate to in english. It has helped my walk with Christ unimagianable. This is an exellent Bible.

Not the same on what's listed
There is an error in the listing of Amazon. The Key Word Bible they listed is 1998. In reality, what you would get are the old ones that even christian stores no longer carry. Read more
