Great Review Book Sept. 5 2013
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
The NCLEX-RN Exam Cram, 4th Ed is an excellent basic and easy to read/understand review for the NCLEX exam. If seeking in depth information, another book (Saunders, etc.) would be needed. The authors acknowledge that nursing textbooks should be consulted.

PROS: the book is not heavy and the size makes it easy to carry and study on the go, a removable cram sheet is included, exam prep questions are provided at the end of each chapter, contains information about the exam and practicing for the exam, 2 full practice exams available on the CD.

CONS: After much trial and error, the CD is working and I can access the practice tests. After using the wizard to install and activate the test, you must then select tools and update products and the exam will appear.

changed my review Aug. 28 2013

I pre-order my book, the activation code did not work at first for the cd. Some how Exam Cram IT department fixed the problem. Here is another interesting thing you can send feed back on an answer, so if you find a mistake you can inform the publisher.
Update I used the Exam Cram along with Saunders RN NCLEX Review and Mosby's 20th ED. My NCLEX cut off at 75. I feel that the Exam Cram helped to focus on what to study. P.S prayers helped a lot too.

This book is condensed into systems short and sweet and to the point July 30 2014
By Daniela Thompson - Published on Amazon.com

This book is condensed into systems short and sweet and to the point. Contains more NCLEX questions than I have seen in any other resources to prepare for NCLEX. I really liked the CD that had over 500 questions with rationales and would grade you to see how well you are doing. Passed NCLEX on my first try!
