Original shipment was lost just before the holidays. Customer service responded to my email within two days and sent another package out just after Christmas. I received my item yesterday and it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy from them again.

I received this late. Second it is very cheaply made especially the plastic components. The blue plastic thing in the pic broke on my first use. It does the job though.
I would have spent a little more to get a better quality item.
Anyway it saved me a lot of money by shortening both my watches at home, instead of having to go to a watch guy to do it for me.

very cheap - pay a jeweller
Tried to remove links from my wife's TAG. The pin bent and broke off midway through the process. I tried the pins and hammer and all the pins bent and/or broke. Read more
