This fader works great and it is very useful although, a little hard to fix on the lens - one has to take its timeto be sure the fader is well attached. It is useful in overlightning situations and to photograph with a slow aperture.

I'm new at photography, so I didn't initially want to fork over a ton of money for a ND filter. I've been using it for landscape waterfall shots.

Shipping arrived faster than expected! Colours remain vivid and images remain sharp; can't beat the price. Only downside is that it's difficult to gauge what stop one is using. Regardless, I am impressed by the quality of the item relative to the price!

I am surprised by this. I was expecting for $21 that there would be a colour cast but there is not. Not a trace that I can see. That is the good news. The bad news, it is hard to determine how many stops you are using. I am also certain that it does not go to ND400. It is certainly worth the money.
