I bought this one and Vol 2 at the same time, and I love both of them. This one has longer exercise segments (up to 20min), but they are still challenging and short enough to maintain interest. The stories are inspirational and the pace is fast and intense enough that you really feel like you worked really hard afterwards. You can also tailor your own work out by selecting only the segments that you want. This is a great option to have in order to change things up a little. Highly recommended!
