Read the review belowe I had the same problems.Computer lock-up and very hard to navigate through the program and set-up new items.

This software locks my system up everytime I use the program. I am a service based business as well and found this very difficult to muddle through to get the right columns and descriptions to show up. If you have basic needs, this may work for you.

An incredible bargain,

Being a long time MyInvoices. I decided to give this software a trial. While not looking for a full-fledged accounting package, I was looking for something more sophisticated. It includes a lot of features not found in competing products like exporting (it does HTML, PDF, Excel and Word), e-mail support, data backup and advanced reporting.Setup was very easy, and I found the software to be very intuitive and MUCH more easier to learn than my previous software. I've had no problems with it so far and i'm using it on a Pentium II 400mhz with 64mb of RAM. Just the included extras (500 letters, 8000 graphics and 300 fonts) are worth the price they're asking for the package. Didn't fit my needs,

I have a service business - and this software just didn't meet my needs. I had a lot of difficulty figuring out how to use it (and I am a computer professional). It definitely wasn't as nice as I expected - although if you sell products & can take the time to figure out how to use this program, it *might* work for you. As for me, I'm returning it & simply using the invoice template in Microsoft Word... :\

Numerous Errors & Crashes,

I purchased this product on sale - and like another reviewer said, I can indeed see why it was. The frequency of fatal errors make this product nearly unusable.This product is particularly frustrating in that the software errors tend to occur intermittently and without any apparent pattern. For example, in the Invoice Design View you may get "Application Terminated. Error Accessing object property...", and the application will close. And you can kiss your work goodbye, too. This is a shame because the product does have such potential. It does (would do) everything I need it to do for invoicing and tracking payments. But, it is far too buggy and crashes far too often. |
