We bought this because we like to grill and we figured this would be a great addition to the many gadgets we have for grilling. The product folds up out of the way when not in use. We have used this Shish Kebab set several times and it works great. We would like the skewers to be square and the slots on the base to be the same so that it would be easy to turn all 4 sides to the coals. The skewers are oval but strong and are easy to turn while grilling. We would recommend this product to anyone who likes to grill.

I was looking for a kebob holder that would keep the food off the grates (to not have it stick) and be able to turn easy. It does great at keeping it off the grates, but I have had a real tough time turning the skewers inside the holder itself. I'm thinking of making the slots bigger on the "far end" to get them to rotate when I pick the front of the skewer up.
