I must say track 2 and 6 in this album are very good meditation music . But apart from these two tracks, the others don't seem to encourage meditation. Some are too distracting while some tracks even performed by annoying flutes or vocals. They don't make the soul retreat to calm. In this album, you'll find only around 20 minutes music really suitable for meditation.
