She seems to push through her stylistic fears a bit, yet stays comfortably within the boundaries that her raspy belt can reach. Never Enough offers a healthy dose of Etheridge's trademark soul-twisting rock in the form of "Ain't it Heavy" and the angry, possessive of "It's for You." This cd is EXCELLENT, as are most of Melissa Etheredges cd's. Both upbeat tunes like "Must be Crazy for me" and slower songs like " Keep It Precious" make up her third album "Never Enough" I would DEFINATELY reccomend this cd to anyone looking to listen to a very geniune artist. Buy this cd, buy her new one, buy them all and complete your Etheridge collection.

This cd is so different from her others, but at the same time it still reveals Melissa's creativity. This is a more "serious", I guess you could say, cd, in the sense that she talks a lot about being a lesbian and how it can affect your life. "The Boy Feels Strange" is a perfect example of this. I still believe that it's worth buying even though it's not your typical rockin Melissa. My favorite though has to be "Keep it Precious", it talks of a love that has to be forgotten, but she still wants them to take care... how sweet is that!!!

I think that Dance Without Sleeping is, without a doubt, Melissa's best song ever. It was featured on the movie, "GI Jane" and I haven't a clue why it was never released. If you enjoy Melissa Etheridge's music, you will find this a great song to own.
