3.0 out of 5 stars Inspired me (to do something else), July 14 2004

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Never Mind the Pollacks (Audio CD)
Oh, if that week of my life were different. I was fired from my high paying job. I played guitar on this album. Then my girlfriend left me for another musician.

It's really not a question of WHY she left. We recorded it in the house. She had to put up with this for at least the three days it took to record. Neal and I broke up after the 21 days of touring, and I'm surprised it lasted that long, but fortunately we can still be friends, though I'm not sure what to say when I see him with other bands.

It's not that I feel jealous, I just want to warn them. If they've heard the album, they may have some warning. But be careful, ladies and gents, future Invasioneers. Hitch your wagon to this star, and everything will explode in a supernova of one thousand Yoko Ono's.

I would recommend buying it used. Last I checked it was about 4 bucks. Or I could just burn you a copy. Do The Ostrich is really good, and the New York City one, too. And I'm not just saying that because I helped Neal write them. Because some of the others I helped write are not so good. But I don't think the point of this album was to be good. But it's definitely an album.
