As a Finch Fancier I love this book!, Mar 29 1999
By Kathy R Dezern - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The New Finch Handbook (Paperback)
I find myself contantly using Christa Koepff's text as a favorite reference on various finch species. It is packed with beautiful color photos and specific information on 60 species. The chapters on general care and husbandry are helpful and well illustrated. I have found it ten times the value of it's modest price.

The best and most complete finch reference I've found., Jun 8 1999

This review is from: The New Finch Handbook (Paperback)
Christa Koepff's detailed treatment of finches is by far the best that I have come across. I repeatedly refer to all of the sections of this book for in-depth treatment of species and all of the other aspects of finch care. This is the one must-have reference for any finch fancier, beginner to expert.

Good Finch Book, April 14 2000
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The New Finch Handbook (Paperback)
This is a very good book, expecially for beginners. Lots of good basic information on the care an breeding of finches. Good species descriptions. However, my copy had many blank pages, and I did not get to read about some species, such as the Zebra Finch.
