"The Night After Christmas" by Michael Hebler is a new Christmas children's classic for the ages. In the spirit of the original "before" Christmas story, Mr. Hebler has crafted a joyful and heartwarming story about Santa returning home from his yearly duties. Reading it should definitely become the new standard in closing the Christmas season with your kids. I absolutely loved it!

Excellent book suited for the whole family May 12 2011

Format: Paperback
The Night After Christmas is a delightful tale of what happens the night after Christmas. Who hasn't wondered what happens to Santa, Rudolph and all the other reindeer after their busy night of spreading joy around the world. Michael's ability to tap into the young child in all of us is delightful and refreshing. The illustrations whisk you away to a magical fairyland of yesteryear. I look forward to reading more from this talented author.

Sleigh bells ring a special song.... Nov. 4 2012
By Remy Benoit - Published on
Format: Paperback
T'was the night before Christmas, but it isn't anymore.
T'is the night after after Christmas and once again the children are all being readied to snuggle in their beds, exhausted from playing with all the treats that Santa left. Mom and Dad have cleaned up, the relatives are on their way home, but where is Santa?
Ah, Santa is on his way home too, all tired out from his exuberant gift giving to all who were nice and not naughty. The reindeer are so sleepy, but none the less pushing on to get home safely ahead of a big storm rushing up behind them.

This is a beautifully illustrated children's story that will become one treasured by many generations as a companion piece to the old traditional night before tale.

This time the children can all be settled on the sofa with a story that will let them give something back to Santa. With their young, uninhibited, encouragement they may help Santa and his beloved reindeer home to their beds for a rest so very well earned.

Do bring your children and grandchildren aboard the sleigh for a delightful trip back to the North Pole. Let the little ones take care of tucking Santa in and getting him to bed on time with their love and hugs and kisses for a long winter's rest.

The children will be so glad you gave them this chance to thank Santa in a special way. As they stumble smiling off to bed they will know that they have tucked Santa and the reindeer in all warm and cozy wrapped in their love. Starting with Santa to learn to give back for your your blessings is the important lagniappe to this tale.

A must have story for the little ones, and you too!

Sure to become a Holiday tradition in your home Nov. 8 2012
By Niki S. - Published on
Format: Paperback
The Night after Christmas is sure to become a holiday favorite in your home as it has already made it's way into nightly rotation in mine. This book is a wonderful follow up to the original children's classic, 'Twas the Night Before Christmas by Clement C. Moore. It begins with the kid's tucked in their beds after a long day of playing with their new Christmas goodies and ends with Santa making the long trip back to the north pole. The Night After Christmas is written in the same sing songy verse as the original and has beautiful, whimsical illustrations. This book will make an excellent Christmas gift or stocking stuffer for any little one on your list.
The Night After Christmas is an exciting and wonderful twist to a holiday favorite. Nov. 17 2011

Twas The Night After Christmas wheneverything was done, the toys were delivered and children who have spent the day enjoying their toys were happy and exhausted tucked into their beds. But what happens to Santa after he delivers all of his goods? He returns home of course, but the wait is excruciating for the elves and the Mrs. Claus who wait patiently for his sleigh to return home safely. A snow storm had begun to brew creating white outs. They were worried that Santa wouldn't be able to see where he was going. Of course, worried about Santa's safety, they ask Mrs. Claus what she thought. She believed in her husband and knew he would be home before they knew it sleeping warmly in his bed. They waited and waited, but will he return without any troubles at all?

This is a wonderful tale of not only what happens to Santa after he delivers all of his presents, but it is also a story of love. Like most women whose husbands come home late, they wait up for their safe return, especially when the weather is awful. The loving relationship the Clause's have brings a nice ending to a busy night. The story embodies the Christmas Spirit we all expect when Christmas comes, and regardless of when this story is read, the reader will always feel it's warmth and tender quality, reminding the reader that giving to others is the best gift we can give ourselves.
