This offers a great price point for people looking to bring a wii into their home but not wishing to put out $300 on a system. Yes it has no internet or gamecube capabilities but so what! It plays the games. For a third of the price and sometimes even less of the WiiU its perfect if you're just starting out with video games. If you have young children and this is their first video game console it provides all you need - a way to play the games. And at $100 or less after owning it for a while you can always upgrade to the WiiU and then you'll have a second console. With more than 1 child in the family this offers a way to keep everyone happy and avoid fighting. Each child can play and choose whichever game they want. And if they have friends over you can avoid any fighting or complaining over turns and which games are being played. I have a boy and girl and they don't seem to ever want to play the same thing. This is at a cheap enough price point that it can be your back up or kids system. A worthwhile purchase and a great option if you can't justify the cost of a WiiU.

I just received my Nintendo Wii Mini Console and hooked it up last night, bought a couple of cd's, Zumba & Dance 3, it was fun, and I got quite a workout just trying to get a few stars. I'm 57 and in dyer need of some exercise so the Wii Mini has made it fun if nothing else. I'm not a technical person so the Wii Mini is perfect for me. I'd recommend it highly if you want just the basic console and have no need for an internet hook up. It can take up to 1300 Wii games, more than I'll ever need. Good product for the price :)

This is a very real and legitimate Nintedo product but it is NOT just a scaled down Wii. It also is NO RELATION to a Wii-U. They are completely different products. It MUST be noted that it has no game cube support but more importantly, it has NO ONLINE capabilities!

so disregard the tool saying it's a scam, it's plainly labeled WiiMini. I sell all kinds of consoles and this looks like it may be an inexpensive way to get your wii fix if you need to buy a new one or replace an old one, mind you it WILL NOT play Gamecube games
