The Gameboy Player is another reason that you Should buy Nintendo. This little Gadget is going to allow you to play most gameboy games right through your Gamecube TV style! Its like having a super NES & A Gamecube all in one package. Nintendo has learned it's lesson with the N64 they promised cool games and cool add-ons but didn't deliver. I believe all these promises are now coming out on the cube. Think of all the games you can play between the Gameboy and the Gamecube with the new systems you have about 800 games plus all the older gameboy games.I have to say after playing with this gadget that it is the most brilliant add-on that Nintendo has ever made. Playing games is flawless on this bad boy. The controls and graphics are great. It sure beats the little 3inch by 3inch GBA screen. If you own a cube and you love GBA games this is a must have. Great job Nintendo 5 stars.

We all remember the Super Game Boy for the SNES, you know, the idea of playing Game Boy games on the big screen. Those are the lines along you should think when talking about the Game Boy Player.The player just hooks on the bottom of your GameCube, and it's really all you need to start playing almost every game available to the Game Boy (with the exception of games like those where you have tilt the Game Boy to control game play). You can choose to either play the games with any GameCube controller, or a Game Boy Advance, if you have it, permitting you have a GBA/GC link cable.The Player also anti-aliases the picture, so you won't be playing games with pixels the size of your thumb. If you don't have a Game Boy, and are looking for a way to play the Game Boy games, this is a great way to do so, and even if you do have a Game Boy, you can play the games without bending over the small Game Boy screen, and is a great piece of equipment to play your games in a whole different way.

WOW! An amazing accessory for the GBA!!!!!,

When I first saw this in stores, I immdediately bought it. I just think playing the gameboy games on a TV was just a great idea! Whichever Nintendo employee thought of this, they made a great sales product with great expectations. The gameboy player lets you play your GBA games on the bigscreen, so you can see every detail and picture. The quality of the graphics displayed is just the same as the GBA, just maybe a bit more choppier because the sprites are on a bigger screen. In addition, the graphics are brighter and more pleasing to see. For example in Harvest Moon , Friends of Mineral Town, the graphics are VERY dark. But when I play HM on my gameboy player, they are brightened and spruced up so I can actually see. Overall this is well worth the money. The controls for the GBA on the gamecube controller can be changed and editted with the Z button on the gamecube controller. This product by Nintendo is just a great idea for those with seeing problems or just with those who want a bigger screen. This is by far the best accessory for the GBA/GCN
