This is a perfect size for 2 but you can easily serve up to 8. Every time I used it, I jiggle it loose and flip it on a plate and there it is. Perfect. No pieces stuck to the pan. I still coat it with shortening and flour it before I add the batter to it. This is a high quality pan that is sure to last many many years that you may end up passing it along to another member of the family.

I absolutely loved this pan when I first got it. My husband and I can't eat a whole bundt cake so this was the perfect size for us. I make 2 of them and give the other to a neighbor or a friend for their birthday.I have used it about 6 times, always hand washing after use. Tonight whe I went to wash it, the non stick surface is peeeling off! I have to say I am very disappointed because now I will have to go and buy the expensive ones with no non stick coating that will peel off.
I would not recommend this product unless you only want to use it a few times!

I love this pan! It is a perfect size for half a pound cake recipe, which is such a nice gift for all kinds of occasions. I have two, so I make one to keep for my family of five (gives us each about two slices) and one to give as a gift.The pan is very well constructed, sturdy, and cakes come out every time. (I never put a cake pan in the dishwasher even though it says DW safe, and I use plenty of spray).
