This is my first stainless steel pizza pan. The crust baked crispy and evenly, it did not warp at 425 degrees. Would recommend this product.

I replaced my old pizza pan with this one and I am so glad I did. It is sturdy and washes very well. I would buy this again.

Awesome pan! Beautiful, and functional. March 14 2010

I love my pan, but it is definately not non-stick. You do need to lightly oil it, or use parchment paper, but is durable, functional, beautiful, and does not have that nasty non-stick coating that's so bad for you. My asthmatic son does not do well with non-stick being used in the house at all - it gives off fumes, let alone what peels off into your food. Stainless Steel or glass is much safer and healthier.

It's dishwasher safe, but if you get a lot of food stuck on it, just soak it first. If it gets a little baked on oil, or other stain, just clean it off gently with a little baking soda and water on a sponge or paper towel.

stainless steel pizza pan March 2 2010
By Charles Wadsworth - Published on Amazon.com

My wife and I had been looking for a stainless steel pizza pan for a long time locally and wherever we went. We don't live in a large city, so we were a bit limited. We could only find the kind of non-stick and plated steel pans that are everywhere. I especially wanted one that was heavy enough, not thin like so many things these days. This pan hit the nail on the head, it is made of a good heavy stainless. As to appearance, it is a work of the polishing art, but that is both good and bad. I'm afraid to lend it out or take any food to a pot luck on it for fear someone will scratch it right away. In fact we bake on it, then transfer the pizza to another el cheapo pan or to a cutting board to do the slicing. But I do love the pan and highly recommend it to anyone who likes nice cooking utensils.

As Advertised June 7 2010

My wife and I baked a phat pizza on this the day it was delivered. We greased with olive oil and the pizza did not stick at all. The pan did not warp and we got even cookage (is that a word?) We sprayed a homemade butter/garlic spray around the crust which baked onto the pan's edges. It was a bit tricky to buff out, but no complaints. My days of "non-stick" pots and pans are over forever, and this pizza pan was merely another nail in the non-stick coffin. As for other comments/reviews commenting on the imperfect gloss... well my own pan was almost mirror perfect. It certainly showed some signs of abrasion, but I could kill Medusa dead with this thing. It's shiny and pretty and my wife could put her makeup on with it. So what if there were some mild abrasions upon the surface? It's cookware. Pizza anyone?

I will honorably use these stainless steel pans...much healthier. I use only stainless steel or glass ware in my cooking and baking.

Great Value; Beautiful Pan! May 16 2013

I just ordered a second one after my first use of this beautiful pan. It truly is good looking enough to use as a serving tray, making it an even better value. I baked homemade croutons on it at 400 degrees for about 15 mins., about the same time as a pizza. I spritzed it with olive oil first, and it behaved just like a nonstick...only better! Cleaned up beautifully. I expect I will have some sticking when I bake my gluten free pizzas, even with a lot of oil on the pan because that's the nature of that dough. It sticks to non-stick too. But I couldn't be happier with this pan!
