I gave this book 4/5 because it is a great book but if you study in Canada you just might need something that will provide you with Canadian interventions and rational for them. (not that all of the suggested interventions are from the States, some are unified)

Very complete and well documented. Useful for nurses in all clinical field. NANDA-I presentation of diagnoses. All updated! Would suggest critical notes or suggestions on the diagnosis itself and components.

Interventions supported by research.
Would recommend to all nurses

I own three different nursing diagnoses handbooks and this is hands down the best one. It has all of the interventions, outcomes, and diagnoses that you could possibly need for care plans and in clinical. This book includes all age groups and is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this book for nursing students or even current nurses who would like a comprehensive nursing diagnoses handbook.
