This review is from: Nutrition For Canadians For Dummies (Paperback)
This is a well documented and updated study of nutrition - an excellent reference book. We are confronted with so many nutritional facts on TV, the internet and newspapers and sadly much of it is distorted or scientifically questionable. This book is highly recommended as it contains the latest and most accurate nutritional and scientific evidence.
