Excellent livre. Un des plus complet sur l'aliment et l'entraînement, que j'ai trouvé jusqu'à maintenant.
Plein de références, des recettes et de façon d'aborder la nutrition du sportif ( natation, course à pied, soccer, vooleyball etc...)
J'ai suivi un régime de surcharge en glycogène avant mon marathon et il fût très efficace.

L'ouvrage m'a été conseillé par la directrice du programme de nutrition de l'Université d'Ottawa, alors que j'avais de multiples questions sur mon alimentation en lien avec mon entraînement. Le contenu a été vulgarisé et se lit facilement pour les initiés aux programmes d'entraînement intensif et plans alimentaires. Les tableaux d'apports de glucides selon la durée d'entraînement sont vraiment pratiques! Je le recommande fortement.
